A: We offer free shipping throughout Malaysia for all orders above RM120 WM/ RM150 EM.

A: We offer free shipping to Singapore for all orders above RM400 and you all may use "Combine with Next Order" features to reach RM400 in total for free shipping entitlement. A: It depends on your location and area courier service efficiency. For West M’sia, your order will take approximately 1-3 working days. For East M’sia, your order will take approximately 3-5 working days to arrive at your doorstep.
Q: Is there any additional cost for re-delivery?
A: Yes, additional postage fee will be collected for re-delivery if the parcel is bounced back to us.
All parcels need to be signed upon receiving. Please track your parcel with the provided tracking number once it is being shipped from us.
You may arrange for re-delivery with the shipping company or self-collect at the allocated post offices if the postman attempt delivery is unsuccessful.
