- All returns must be sent back within 7 working days upon receiving your order & it has to be informed to our customer service. (we will not allow any exchange if you fail to return the item/s within the stipulated time)
- All items can be return except Best Buy / Sale Items / Discounted Items and Intimates.
- Returns must be done for an item(s) in its original condition (tag attached, unworn, unwashed and unaltered). All items are not to be soaked. If colour runs due to this reason, item/s is strictly not returnable.
- We reserved the right to reject any return item(s) if it does not meet the conditions.
- Refund would only be done as store credit, strictly no cash refund is allowed.
- Store credit voucher can only be used once, not applicable with any other further discount and must be redeemed within 45 days from the date of issue.
- Buyer is responsible for the shipping cost of returned item(s) except for defective item due to our negligence & tracking number has to be inform to our customer service.
- Buyer is responsible for the item until it reaches us and kindly retain all proof of mailing until an acknowledgement has been sent.

Q: What is the shipping cost within Malaysia?
A: We offer free shipping throughout Malaysia for all orders above RM120 WM/ RM150 EM.
For orders below the free shipping amount, the shipping fee will be charged at flat rate basis: RM7 (West Malaysia) / RM10 (East Malaysia)
Q: What is the shipping cost to Singapore?
A: We offer free shipping to Singapore for all orders above RM400 and you all may use "Combine with Next Order" features to reach RM400 in total for free shipping entitlement.
For orders below RM400, the shipping fee will be charged at a flat rate basis: RM30
Q: How long will my order takes to be sent out?
A: All orders will be sent within 1-3 working days once we received your orders.

Q: How do I track my order?
A: Tracking number will be emailed to you once your item(s) have been processed and shipped. Track your parcel here: DHL / Citylink.
Q: How long will my parcel arrive at my doorstep after being shipped out?
A: It depends on your location and area courier service efficiency. For West M’sia, your order will take approximately 1-3 working days. For East M’sia, your order will take approximately 3-5 working days to arrive at your doorstep.
Q: Is there any additional cost for re-delivery?
A: Yes, additional postage fee will be collected for re-delivery if the parcel is bounced back to us.
All parcels need to be signed upon receiving. Please track your parcel with the provided tracking number once it is being shipped from us.
You may arrange for re-delivery with the shipping company or self-collect at the allocated post offices if the postman attempt delivery is unsuccessful.
All parcels will be returned to us if it is being unattended at the post office after 5 working days.

Q: I can't fit into the clothes, can I exchange?
A: Yes, all unfit clothes to return in unworn, unwash and tag attached conditions. Nineteen89 has the rights to reject your return if conditions not meet. Postage are fully bear by customers on both ways due to this reason.
